Εάν έχεις κάποια υπηρεσία τύπου webmail όπως το gmail κάνεις αυτό που λέει ο Χάρης.
Εάν έχεις κάποιο επαγγελματικό e-mail τύπου χρήστης@ονομα.gr μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις μία υπηρεσία της Zoho , http://www.zoho.com/mail/zohomail-pricing.html , διαλέγεις για δωρεάν το lite πακέτο μέχρι 3 χρήστες και χωρητικότητα 1 GB. Αγοράζοντας και μία συνδρομή 3 δολάρια το μήνα μπορείς να συγχρονίζεις το Outlook ( ημερολόγιο , tasks , επαφές κ.λ.π. ) με το Zoho.
Μία ανάλογη λύση είναι το Google Apps for free κάτι σαν το Gmail στο πιο επαγγελματικό του , μέχρι 10 λογαριασμούς για το ίδιο domain. Δεν το έχω δουλέψει και νομίζω ότι εάν χρησιμοποιείς και κάποιο πρόγραμμα τύπου Οutlook δε θα μπορείς να συγχρονίζεις τα δεδομένα σου. Έαν δε χρησιμοποιείς κάποιο πρόγραμμα τύπου Outlook για τον H/Y και θες να δεις τα e-mail σου μόνο μέσω internet και όχι κάπου τοπικά είναι μία πολύ καλή λύση το δωρεάν πακέτο του Google Apps.
