Εγκατέστησε πάλι τα linux χωρίς να κάνεις format στο partition των Windows.

Είχα το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Λογικά θα σου βγάζει ένα error σχετικά με τον GRUB. Αυτό που έκανα ήταν να βάλω μέσα στο drive το CD με τα Windows XP και στην αρχή διάλεξα Repair. Μετά έδωσα την εντολή fixmbr και εγκαταστάθηκε ο NTLoader (ο Loader των Windows). Μετά restart και όλα ΟΚ. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα. Δες και εδώ αν θες: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/termsf/p/fixmbr.htm
