Mailing list είναι μια λίστα ανθρώπων που θέλουν να στέλνουν και να λαμβάνουν μέιλ (για ένα κοινό θέμα) στέλνοντας μέιλ σε μία διεύθυνση και όχι σε πολλές. πχ Αντί να στείλω στους petro@ipedia.gr, gianni@ipedia.gr, panagiotis@ipedia.gr, maria@ipedia.gr, anna@ipedia.gr, στέλνω στο erotiseis_mail_groups@ipedia.gr και το λαμβάνουν όλοι.
