Roaming (Περιαγωγή)
είναι όταν μία ασύρματη συσκευή (κινητό, wifi, Bluetooth, κ.α.) μετακινείται και συνδέεται σε περισσότερες από μία κεραιες βάσης (κυψέλες).
Συνηθίζεται να ενοείται με τoν όρο roaming στην κινητή τηλεφψνία η μετακίνηση από έναν πάροχο κινητής σε κάποιον του εξωτερικού.
Αλλά και όταν ένα wifi μετακινείται σε ένα χώρο με πολλά σημεία επαφής (access points) και μένει συνδεμένο τότε είναι roaming.
