Είναι το ίδιο ακριβώς με την κανονική SIM μόνο που διαφέρει στο μέγεθος. Μπορείς δηλαδή κόβοντας την κανονική SIM να δημιουργήσεις μία microSIM. Το αντίθετο είναι λίγο δύσκολο. Μέχρι να έρθει κάποιο κινητό στην Ελλάδα πάντως που υποστηρίζει microSIM (βλ. iPhone 4) πιστεύω θα δώσουν οι εταιρίες microSIM ή έστω θα σου δώσουν το μέγεθος της για να μπορείς να την κόψεις μόνος σου.
