2ον σβήσε ότι αρχείο πραγματικά δεν χρειάζεσαι για να αδειασει ο δισκός σου
3ον κανε uninstall οτι πρόγραμμα πραγματικά δεν χρειάζεσαι για τον ίδιο λόγο
4ον ξανακάνε ανασυγκρότηση δίσκου
5ον αν δεν πιάσουν τα παραπάνω τότε κάνε format
6ον αγόρασε RAM
7ον αγόρασε καινούριο σκληρό δίσκο,
από την πολυετή εμπειρία μου εγώ τα έχω κάνει όλα και μόνο με τα τελευταία 3 είδα πραγματικά αποτελέσματα.
Πάντως η απάντηση στην ερώτηση σου είναι μία λέξη. “Τα Windows”.
Δεν είναι τυχαίο ότι τα linux δεν έχουν ανασυγκρότηση δίσκου και δεν χρειάζονται format σχεδόν ποτέ.

Χρειάζεσαι συντήρηση κυρίως στη registry. Δοκίμασε αυτά τα προγράμματα που είναι δωρεάν και κάνε όλους τους ελέγχους.
